Richard Fenn has spent in excess of 26 years in the Hotel and Hospitality Management and is ideally placed to provide management consultancy solutions to a variety of specific industry sectors.

His international experience includes managing palaces for the late King Hussein of Jordan; managing the luxurious Rayavadee Resort, a Leading Hotel of the World, in Thailand; managing La Source Resort on the Caribbean island of Grenada; managing for the Southern Sun Company in the Seychelles and many years in the luxury cruise ship industry as Hotel Director.

UK hotel management experience includes Five Star London hotels, luxurious Relais et Chateau properties, large conference, small boutique and luxury resort hotels in Southern England and the Channel Islands.

As well as these wonderful palaces, resorts, hotels and cruise ships, Richard Fenn also has extensive experience, at senior level, of the management of magnificent stately homes and castles for Dukes and Duchess’s.

An all-round business man, Richard utilises his vast experience to bring a unique quality and approach to all aspects of customer service, customer satisfaction, marketing and financial management.
